It has been a privilege to witness and experience the Ñusta Karpay workshop, to feel the gentle yet powerful energy. The connection with the 7 Ñustas is hard to explain. It doesn’t make sense to my logical mind but the energy is there to embrace.

Karen’s affinity to create this connection with the 7 Ñustas, allowed me to bring to the surface parts of myself not yet healed or honoured.  She has a wealth of knowledge, intuitive wisdom, compassionate manners and experience, which are deeply grounded in integrity and authenticity, to facilitate this workshop.

I would not have wanted to walk this journey with anyone else.

This has been a process of dropping into my heart space and entering into a trust relationship with myself and nature’s energy. I am amazed by this Andean “medicine” and forever grateful to Karen for bringing this into my life, and for her continued presence as I unfold.

Literally jumping in a few days before it began, I did not know what I had joined or why. So I had no intentions or expectation, only to deepen my connection to the earth.

It’s been very strong and powerful. The grounding practice really surprised me, and I thought that was worth all the money we had paid!!! The practices have been substantial and highly effective. I was shocked at the levels revealed to me, finding solace in only place that I have found strength and grace -has been nature.

Working with Karen and Pachamama has deeply shifted my worldview, and aided in a transformation I didn’t expect!

This powerful work travels right into the roots, and has exposed every single one of my triggers and patterns. This is the real work of raising consciousness and far surpasses any other spiritual system I’ve tried!

I have begun to heal and open in ways I didn’t know were possible… this program has felt like a soul excavation.

Karen transmits the purity of Andean medicine so beautifully and humbly. She has helped me to understand that everything I’ve always known intuitively and believed in secretly, is real and is always trying to reach out to me. – I’m not the only one who believes in angels and talks to rocks.

Doing energetic work online really challenged my perceptions of what I thought I knew! It sometimes felt like we were in the same room together!- and working in a group brought its own unique medicine. I never knew I could send and receive energy on a Zoom call.

It has been so empowering to learn how to manage my energy, and to have the ultimate therapist – Pachamama! To allow nature into every aspect of my life and to be able to take full responsibility for my healing journey. I now have a spiritual anchor, which is grounded and practical yet mystical.

Karen is a grounded, firm and loving teacher who truly wants to see her students grow and transform. I’m so grateful to you Karen for introducing me to Pachamama and keeping me on track. I entered the first year’s series of workshops uncertain as to what I was signing up for, just knowing that I needed to change. I felt that the workshops could just possibly help me. It was not a logical decision.

I found the workshops game changing!

I was in a position of deteriorating pain, with an inability to do much about it. I am now largely on top of my pain and can face life looking forward to my future.

Is this change due to the workshops and what I learnt? I believe it is. The processes I went though and the practices I leant have made all the difference.

However, I got much more than this!

I am far more content with where I fit in life and that I am still growing, moving forward, and contributing.

Do I understand it all? – not by a long shot, but I am learning to trust the process and not try to solve everything myself.

I can highly recommend the series of workshops to anyone. Just trust that it will work for you and that it will be life changing.

For me this programme has been a journey of discovering more about me and my truth. There is no going back- I have been given the tools to move forward whilst staying grounded, light and in my power. I love the rituals, being contained in sacred space and the connectedness.  The practices really helped me to energise and clear, leaving me strong, powerful but flexible. Superb tools for living on Earth! Very empowering to let go of all that I don’t need. And to know this all serves Pachamama!

I recall my objectives for this programme of being more connected with nature- this was achieved and more! My connection with Pachamama was established with practices that are not only invaluable, but are serving me well after the programme finished. I’m sure it will continue long after too. I feel so aligned. The authentic activation of my Chunpi belts was a pivotal moment- I look back now since that and observe with clarity the shifts in my personal life, relationships, career, even health, etc.

Connecting with my spiritual family etc brought a lot of healing and I feel ‘I came home’ that day. I feel supported and incredibly held. The souls I met on the journey, under the guidance of a unique Teacher, has encouraged me to further embrace my own uniqueness. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for an amazing journey which is still continuing.

Learning about living energy -as you said- was life changing. Through  this and the nature spirits, I see the light within myself. The practices were exceptionally beautiful – and balancing. My masculine and feminine aspects feel balanced. The Group exercises were the most incredible things that I’ve ever experienced. I felt that my physical body- and in fact all the layers of me as a vessel of love. Unable to express enough gratitude Yachachiq, so much love to your being.

Most profound practices and connections with Pachamama, I really felt her. The best moment for me was connecting with Wiracocha (God), I felt a tangible connection and knew I was on the right path. Wow I didn’t realise how powerful this would be. From the first session things began to change in my phyical world. Healing is occuring. The Serpent archetype arrived and began clearing out. So awesome.

Over the last two or so years I have been blessed to have received various initiations, training and rites through Yachachiq Karen (Yachachiq translates as teacher of spiritual knowledge in Quechua).

I have fallen in love with the beautiful Andean path from the very first despacho that I attended with Karen and have subsequently completed my Munay Ki rites, underwent the very first year-long Paqo course, received  Nusta Karpays, and attended various workshops and healing sessions through Yachachiq.

It was not difficult to fall in love with this beautiful path as I am blessed to experience it through one who lives this beauty and truth.

Karen’s purposefulness and passion, her base of authenticity and purism, coupled with her experience and first-hand knowledge, love and respect of the path are evident in all that she does.

Since we started working with Earth element I’ve got a job, start making more money in my other job, much easier expressing and crying to release, also had a lot of dreams. I feel so connected to the nature and feeling being part of it. My gratefulness and gratitude rise up. It’s just amazing what you are making. So deeply grateful!

I have worked with the elements before, but this workshop helped me to get to know the elements in a completely different way.I have more appreciation, feeling deeply more connected. Earth and Fire blew me away….obviously what I needed to be in balance again. Thank you it has been life changing!

The reason I joined was to feel more at one with my body, that has been achieved, the elements are sooo beautiful, and am enjoying the rich connection that I have with them now.Wind was the hardest for me- but through the exercises- and moving it through the body, I feel a breakthrough has happened. This workshop has been gorgeous.

This has been a journey of connecting with me! ..and reaching out when I got stuck. This is a new experience for me, and so valuable. I have worked with the elements before -but not like this – now it is inside of me. Completely different and not outside or detached from me. It’s been wonderful.
