With the gift of earth-based practices from the Indigenous People of the Andean Mountains,
you’ll learn to ground and harmonise with the earth once again.

You’ll wonder how you ever existed without it before.
These days in our modern world, we generally take the earth for granted.
We’ve inherited a loss of connection with nature and the earth.
Instead, we live in our heads and our egos controlling the world around us. Or being controlled by other’s egos.
Caught up in our busy thoughts and memories of the past.
Or focused so much on the future and what we want to manifest in our lives, that we are not present to our current reality. And
When we are not grounded or present,
full of heavy energy from the past,
we miss the wisdom of the earth’s guidance,
speaking through our heart to us.
So on this workshop, we are going to release that loss, and develop our personal relationship with the Earth once again.
Triggering a feminine journey from the head to the heart- from an egocentric way, to a ecocentric way of being.
From this place of love and respect, we treat all life differently.
We discover support, belonging and guidance that benefits and returns us to the whole.
We are going to learn some ancient practical tools on this pragmatic workshop,
to interact and communicate,
with Mother Earth directly!

On this workshop
- We’ll address what the Q’eros say are our biggest wound: Grounding into this Earth. To authentically rooting you for the first time – and permanently
- Andean Medicine is a feminine based way of being. Learn what that means. Why the Q’eros want us Westerners to learn these practices. More about their history – and rich cosmovision.
- You’ll get ancient practices every week to take home and explore
- Receive a rite to reconnect with the Earth
- You’ll learn ways to heal any level of your being; whether physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or energetic
- Release stress and revitalise your life force
- How this fits into the grand scheme -psychologically, naturally, for oyu and the collective.
- Discover energy anatomy and personal power structures- unknown to us in the Western world
- Discover different forms of living energy, and moving it

-The structure of this workshop:
We will meet for 5 sessions, on each we’ll learn context, rites and practices. Then take those home for ‘homework’ in-between sessions, so you can put these practices in to action for 15 minutes a day, building up experiences. Then when we meet again, so you can bring these experiences, feedback and questions back for feedback and learning.
This way you will not only learn through embodying them, but also with support and guidance from your facilitator, you’ll have confidence in connecting with the Earth herself on your own.
Each session will be intimate and safe, for sharing and learning from each other as we traverse this new language and way of being with Nature.

Who will you be learning from?

-From me Karen Weinman, a Pampamesasyoq and Andean Medicine woman, my main relationship is with
– Pachamama herself. Everything I have created here is with guidance from Nature herself.
– And you’ll be learning these practices I learnt from the Andes Mountain Lineages, known as the Q’ero.
I vowed to only work with genuine teachers, as I was being trained. It has taken me on a journey of many teachers, until I found within the Q’ero tribe, those who themselves are very old and still carry the original Inka teachings. It is from them that I have grown immensely and learnt – my heart recognising the authentic medicine. Yours will too.
The Q’ero’s of the Andes Mountains practice from within, as opposed to other lineages in Peru, who use plant medicine from the Jungle for example. These Q’eros embody living from the heart and raising consciousness – while living a grounded, everyday lifestyle.
Like my wise, old Q’ero teachers, my focus is on preserving this indigenous tradition and staying aligned to it’s true essence. I aspire to bring pure teachings to you.
