Unfortunately in our modern world today, we generally take the earth for granted, that she will provide- no matter how we treat her. And this imbalance of human power and control over, is showing loud cracks in the earth, as climate change and species extinction is taking us down a track of no return…..and threatens our own survival.

Our relationship with the earth seriously needs an overhaul!

On this workshop, we are going to face this issue head on, and challenge what we have been conditioned to think as a modern civilisation.

This workshop is not about theories or possibilities.

This workshop is about the  reality of our universe from an ancient indigenous perspective, that thrives in oneness with her. We have no idea what we’re missing. And that it is not the indigenous people’s responsiblity to clean up, it is ours in the western civilised world.

So in this pragmatic workshop, we are going to journey beyond our head’s understanding, to peel back the mask, and discover the true essence of our earthly Mother. A reality that our heart -and something soo ancient within us, is so familiar with. I call it our indigenous soul, that when awakened begins to remember the connection we have with Mother Earth – and beyond, to Pachamama!

Creating a firm foundation as we open our minds, to learn, explore and experience in a grounded embodied way how to interact and communicate with Mother earth and Pachamama.

 Offering you an opportunity to find deep belonging again, grounding, healing, abundance – and a support system beyond our expectations, that will remain with you for the rest of your life, and the generations to come.

You didn’t even know it was missing -until you experience it once again. Then you’ll wonder how you managed without it.

What to expect?

So on this 5 week journey, I will share context with you: how all the pieces of the puzzle come together as a whole. But more importantly, you’re going to learn some juicy practices that will bring you an experience, to build wisdom, and know how into what I am describing is possible.

You’ll learn natural ways to ground, ways to release stress and heaviness, and rejuvenate your life force.

All of of these practices will support manifestation of your needs on this plane, while at the same time will honour and bring healing in ways you never expected.

Bypassing the ego, returning you to your Heart, supporting you to live a truly grounded and meaningful life in the grand scheme of things.

On this workshop:

• We’ll address what the Q’eros say are our biggest wound: Grounding into this Earth- authentically rooting you for the first time – and permanently
• Why the Q’eros want us Westerners to learn these practices. More about their history – and rich cosmovision.
• You’ll learn ancient practices for healing on any level of our being; whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual
• Revitalising your life force
• Discover energy anatomy and personal power structures unknown to us in the Western world
• About living energy, the different types and moving it
• Be immersed in sacred space with Nature – the ancient Inka way
• Bringing healing, connection and deep guidance to yourself naturally
• Learn about the Inka cosmovision and the 7 Levels of Consciousness

• If you enjoy the first session and want to continue, you can then simply pay the balance, and join us the following week. 
• To book for the entire workshop, a deposit will reserve your place 
• First there is a disclaimer agreement form to be read, and then signed, that covers commitment, what to expect, copyright, and some conditions eg. no plant medicine, or clients with mental disease (sorry), and other things you may want to know about before paying.
• These workshops are usually kept to a small size 4-6 participants, for personal facilitation
• The online workshop is set at times relevant for UK, EU, Scandinavia and Africa.
• This workshop can also be offered in a hybrid way- live over a weekend in the UK, and meeting an evening online after. (Later dates to be advised) 
• Online attendance offers a gift of one being in their own space to explore. 
• Sessions are live, in the present, with nature’s energy, and are therefore not recorded. It is for your own benefit to not miss a session. In unforeseen circumstances -emergencies- missed sessions can be caught up privately, at a cost for my personal time. Please respect your commitment and you will receive Pachamama’s, and attend every session consciously.

Who will you be learning from?

From 3 sources:

-From me Karen Weinman, a Pampamesasyoq and Andean Medicine woman, my main relationship is with

– Pachamama herself. Everything I have created here is with guidance from Nature herself.

– And you’ll be learning these practices I learnt from the Andes Mountain Lineages, known as the Q’ero.

I vowed to only work with genuine teachers. It has taken me on a journey of many teachers, until I found within the Q’eros, those who themselves are very old and still carry the original Inka teachings. It is from them that I have grown immensely and learnt – my heart recognising the authentic medicine. Yours will too.

The Q’ero’s of the Andes Mountains practice from within, as opposed to other lineages in Peru, who use plant medicine from the Jungle for example. These Q’eros embody living from the heart and raising consciousness – while living a grounded everyday lifestyle.

Like my wise, old Q’ero teachers, my focus is on preserving this indigenous tradition and staying aligned to it’s true essence. I aspire to bring pure teachings to you.
